Hi, I’m Michelle, Owner of Maui Shave Ice. I'm a proud wife, mom to three wonderful kids, and a passionate MBA entrepreneur and a love for creating unforgettable moments.
After purchasing our flagship Maui Shave Ice location in Denver, my family and I relocated to Orange County in 2022 to bring our signature Hawaiian shave ice experience to Southern California. Since then, I’ve been focused on growing our presence here by building relationships, tailoring events to our clients' special needs, and delivering more than just a product—we deliver an experience.
At Maui Shave Ice, we specialize in shaving beautiful clear ice blocks from traditional block shavers. While our experience is rooted in nostalgic treats, our approach is elevated. We focus on adult-centered events, partnering with hotels, hospitality groups, and corporate clients who value exceptional service, thoughtful presentation, and meaningful connection.
Whether it's a luxury hotel activation, a private celebration, or a large-scale corporate event, I work directly with each client to ensure every detail is customized, every guest feels special, and every event leaves a lasting impression.
